Best Selling Author and Pastor Max Lucado Discusses His NEW Book 'You Are Never Alone'
Today I’m talking to New York Times best selling author and revered pastor Max Lucado. Now, I’m not a religious man myself, but I believe that everyone can learn something from religions in our own search for who we are, where we come from and why we are here.
Max tells me how he became a pastor, what his faith means to him and how he’s able to ‘believe’.
His brand new book 'You Are Never Alone' has just been published so he talks about the writing process and also shares some writing tips, since he is a man who writes one book a year!
We go on to discuss the awful effects the pandemic has had on people’s mental health and the best ways people can address this issue.
Max is an inspiring man, and although our beliefs don’t match, I respect him greatly and our chat left me with a lot to think about...
“You can’t fix stupid with stupid. People try to treat their pain with something that creates more pain. Be careful, watch out, and try to stay healthy.” - Max Lucado
